Result oriented learning in the Federal Chancellery of Austria (BKA). The employees of BKA tested KnowledgePulse® for consolidation of their knowledge concerning the office guidelines. In a subsequent evaluation they rated KnowledgePulse® very positively.
Thus, KnowledgePulse® is implemented for basic and advanced trainings in the Federal administration of Austria.
The office guidelines are the foundation for efficient processes and a well functioning public administration. In coordination with the Federal Chancellery a course with two lessons was created by KnowledgePulse® content authors.
The statistics shows that 51 of the 62 participants used KnowledgePulse® successfully and three quarters of the participants completed the course within one month successfully.
In a survey of users KnowledgePulse® was judged to be motivating and most helpful. It is marked as very good or excellent by 82,4% of users
The possibility to learn in between activities and to manage the learning time individually was seen as key success factors. 50% of participants even took extra time in the office to take as many learning steps as possible. Using the KP Questions was fun for them!
85% of the participants would like to use KnowledgePulse® for additional topics, including administrative laws, European law and Austrian constitutional law. Also courses about ERP systems, e-government apps and equal opportunity employment are seen as desirable.
