KnowledgePulse® Server 2.0 offers new smart functions to customers

The new KnowledgePulse® Server version 2.0 is available as of September 2011.

Learning and content creation with the KnowledgePulse® are now even easier and installing updates is a snap.

  1. User benefits:  Users have immediate access to additional learning content: Hyperlinks in learning content are now detected automatically and are clickable in all Clients. The links open automatically in the web browser of the user's device and need not be copied manually into a browser.
  2. Quicker loading times for Clients and course lists: Via a special index, the list of available courses (see "Add another course") now loads more quickly in all Clients.

Author benefits: 

  1. Easy-to-use image management for content authors: Images can now be inserted directly into learning cards and managed in a separate image gallery.
  2. Better user support via more accurate learning statistics: The new learning card statistics now also allow tutors and instructors to precisely evaluate the learning progress of learners that haven't yet completed the respective course. They are now able to precisely pinpoint which questions have been answered correctly or incorrectly and how often by a particular learner.

Administrator benefits: 

  1. Optimized handling of server installation and upgrades for corporate IT: The new self-installer simplifies the installation of the KP Server for customers wishing to host the KnowledgePulse® in their own IT environment. The self-installer also makes it easy to import upgrades.
  2. Further speed optimization: Via automated stress tests, server performance has now been optimized even further.
