What is KnowledgePulse®?

KnowledgePulse® is an advanced learning technology system, consisting of a client-server solution with a MicroStep Manager®, a content database, a user/course administration interface and a set of clients for PCs, mobile phones, handhelds and other devices. 

 

How do I install KnowledgePulse®?

Double click on the downloaded KnowledgePulse® exe file to start the installation on your pc. Follow the instructions and the KnowledgePulse® will be installed and setup in your Windows 'Autostart' so that it starts automatically each time your pc is started. Once the installation is completed, your KnowledgePulse® program will start and you will be able to enter your Access Details (Username and Password). The Server setting will automatically be configured for your access unless otherwise specified on setup. Click 'save settings' and KnowledgePulse® is now ready for you to use and enjoy.

 

I get a 'Network Error - What should I do to get KnowledgePulse® working again?

If you see the 'Network Error' message when starting or running the KnowledgePulse®, please check the following:

  • Check your Internet connection - open your Internet Browser and see if you can access any website
  • Check your Server settings are correct under the KnowledgePulse® 'Connection' menu
  • Contact your KnowledgePulse® System Administrator for further help
